"Well, my immediate family at least. Got more brothers and sisters than I got fingers. And it's loud too...and keeps you on your toes...kinda needy sometimes really."

"Yeah, they're great. I'm the oldest, five sisters, six brother, zero freetime. Otherwise we're a pretty typical Suzume family so uh, we work on making do with what we have."

"No twins Jiro-sama, not like yourself. But yeah, mom was pretty busy raising us all and then delivering us. Poor woman's hardly had a break in 11 years. And then we gave her even more trouble when we grew up."

"Figure she's looking forward to a bit more rest now as we leave the roost. And it's had me thinking that I maybe don't wanna have quite so many kids of my own. Mom's worked harder than anyone I know."

If you are both bushi, perhaps exercise like running or drills? Sparring would likely be fun to do with each other, but I imagine it limits conversational opportunities when swinging a bokken at each other. Or something more general like a game or tea?"

"Ohh...gosh I should write all this down. They'd like all of those. They're really smart so I reckon they must be good at games. And that's something we can do inside despite the weather."
