I don't know what the nature of the Skulduggery check in the LN thread is but if it's related to noticing something Subtle Observer would possibly apply?

1. Would it be possible to use a timeslot to investigate an NPC using a Skill?

Arami is thinking of buttering up either the Governor and/or the Magistrate with a gift (as Doji do) for an ask in the future, and would want to know these folk a little to give a thoughtful present.

2. Regarding creating artwork as I asked over at Discord, two timeslots (one for procuring supplies and another for crafting/refining)? May we know how you would want us to approach this?

Is it safe to assume 5XP per session? Don't want to needlessly hoard XP if I can plan out proper spending in advance.

Hida Battle Leader technique, if triggered in an event (on a roll designated as Support action), could be applied to all competitors or as many as Mitsuko chooses, depending on when/where they are in that scene. What limits should I observe, should Mitsuko decide to use her technique to raise people's spirits?

School Technique: Thunderous Courage - Once per scene after you perform a Support action, you may choose any number of characters within a number of range bands equal to your ranks in Command [2]. Each chosen character treats their Composure as increased by your school rank [1]. This effect persists until the end of the scene.

The 2 in brackets for the range bands is her current Command ranks.

I'm confused by this wording. Does this mean if you have one the disadvantages, it has to go off on any of the rolls? Does it have to be the one that the book lists? Does it mean you have to go to the stance tied to tht disadvantage?

As answered in the event questions of the past two events - If you are not in that stance, the disadvantage will not trigger. It can apply to any one of the checks, not just the skills listed in the book (those are just examples, I believe)

1.) You may investigate. I would say this would be best handled with Sentiment, asking around town.

2.) Yes, let's add this, and it can only be attempted once per day.

What about those of us that don't mind doing a bit of Labor? Earth Trade skills are described as harvesting resources from the environment. Can I Labor (Earth) to go out into the forest or down by the shore to collect wood/stone/shells/wildflowers?
