It's always a bit complex to offer support to another clan without accidentally also offering offense by suggesting they cannot solve problems on their own. The proposition needs to be carefully wrapped so as to still convey its message clearly while never crossing the line of pride. It's a delicate balance."

"Not yet but I am quite the creative type. Perhaps I shall go tomorrow to the gardens and find some inspiration to write such speech." He nodded to the Scorpion. "I understand the idea is to help without bringing insult to the Crane."

"Why the gardens exactly? Any reason inspiration would struck there in particular as opposed to anywhere else? Is there something special to the gardens of Tsuma?"

"The garden is better than the forest. They are Crane gardens, known for their beauty and arranged for poets and great writers to find inspiration. Thus I would prefer to write a speech in such place rather than in my room."

"Well, I guess we'll see if the kami approve of your endeavor at the weather they'll throw at you. While composing outside has its charm, at the bottom end of winter like now, the cold rain can easily defeat the most burning of inspiration."

"Hopefully they will. I will be able to compose a nice speech for Kakita sama to allow us to work something out." He nodded.
