As the others agree to help, Mitsuko can hardly decline.

"I will certainly remain vigilant, Asahina-sama," the Kuni agrees with polite disinterest. "Though as you say, my primary focus will be our honorable hosts' historic competition. I wouldn't want to be rude." She bows her head politely and starts to slowly slide away from the front of the group.

She gives an extra look at those around her, both known and new: the pretty-eyed Mantis, dutiful Seppun, one of the twin Phoenix, the careless Dragon. As she looks farther in the crowd, the striking mask of the Scorpion she'd seen at the banquet stands out, but she simply notes the familiar mask for now.

[Asahina Tenshin]

"That is all I can ask. I thank you for any assistance, but understand if the upcoming tests take your focus. Hopefully, with diligence, I will get to the bottom of this plague on our fair city." Tenshin bows to the gathered. Then back to where the body had been collected from. "It is a great shame, that you all saw this."
