1) I've seen Quick Reflexes applies to Step 2. I don't suppose it could apply to Step 3, though?

2) Would Bullheaded (Adversity) or Traditional Adherent (Distinction) apply to Step 1? For Traditional adherent I'm thinking 'doing a rote thing exactly as taught by one's ancestors', but it's not so clear-cut.
