[Shiba Jiro]

"Never got a warning," he says shaking his head. "But that is okay, I'm fine with pleasant surprises. Though I am curious what those warnings might be now."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

Another wink.

"Might have t'ask 'round. Can't have me spillin' everything."

[Shiba Jiro]

"A coy answer," he replies, chuckling. "Well, I guess that means if I was only interested in learning from you it'd have to be through experience then."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

She batted her eyelashes, all mock-innocence.

"I s'pose so! How awkward!"

[Shiba Jiro]

"A little bit of awkwardness isn't so bad, I think," he replied with a smile, taking another sip of his tea. "Will make for funnier stories later no?"

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Usually. An' when they're not funnier, they're still plenty lively."

Sip.

[Shiba Jiro]

"Some suggestions already made did sound quite lively. And well worth figuring out," he says with a nod.

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Any partic'lar fav'rites?"

[Shiba Jiro]

He raises an eyebrow. "Sure. But if you had to whisper them, I wouldn't want to speak them aloud. You'll just need to use trial and error to figure it out."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Hm, well then, I'll have t'think 'bout what might work best first..."

[Shiba Jiro]

"I..."

He looks at the door.

"...think..."

Looks back to her.

"... rushing out of here would be too obvious."

He chuckles.

"Oh, but I want to."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Seems we both need t'learn patience, then..."

[Shiba Jiro]

"Not a lesson I'm terribly interested in if I'm being honest," he replies.

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"We're young yet. Stands t'reason we'd be bad at it."

[Shiba Jiro]

"I'm sure there are a lot of things we're bad at that we think we are great at," he shoots back with a grin. "Practice, practice, practice."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Y'offering t'tutor me?"

[Shiba Jiro]

"In anything I can do well enough. For everything else, we can muddle through enthusiastically together until we figure it out," he replies, his hand moving to his tea cup. But he wanted to reach them even farther to her hands.

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"Seem t'recall enthusiasm bein' somethin' we both had a pile of..."

[Shiba Jiro]

He nods at that.

"That it was." He sips his tea. "That it was."

[Yukikaze no Kasumi]

"So..."

A pause.

"'Less you wanna get dragged 'cross this table in front'a everyone, might be best if we move along."
