This will be repeated in each event, but the basic outline.
Basic Success on a Roll - 1 Event Point
Every two successes after the first (so at 3, 5, 7, etc.) - +1 Event Point per (so if someone rolled 7 successes, they would earn 4 Event Points, 1 for the standard Success, +3 for the six additional)
Using the Judges Favored Approach (they may just have 1 favored approach, they may have different favored approaches on different rolls) and succeeding. +1 Event Point
1st Tiebreaker - opportunities on kept dice
2nd Tiebreaker - strife on kept dice (whoever has the least kept strife)
1st place in an event - 3 Topaz Points
2nd place in an event - 2 Topaz Points
3rd place in an event - 1 Topaz Point
For the Iai Tournament, the Top 8 Topaz Points Earners will participate, for three rounds of duels.
