Just east of the Laughing Carp, is a central garden park. Several manicured paths meander through the well tended Cherry Blossom Trees, koi ponds, and flowers. A favorite spot for people to gather and spend time. Sometimes pick up games of Kemari can be found. During the afternoons, small food carts are sometimes set up along foot paths, selling yakitori skewers, and other such street food.
