Returning the bow, he replies. "You are quite welcome Chiaki-san. Sharing stories, art and conversation. I suspect we may see each other a significant amount during our time here. Perhaps then it might be more convenient and simpler for you to refrain from using my family name when we are speaking?"

[Chiaki]

''If you were to allow it Shiba Jiro-sama, then this one will do so then.'' Chiaki replied to the young phoenix. '' and this one will be honored and happy to be able to do.'' She added.

[Shiba Jiro]

"I would certainly prefer it. I imagine that you feel like you must always step lightly around clan samurai. But I promise you I definitely don't bite," he says lightheartedly.

[Chiaki]

'' Nor do i, even though i'm a wolf...'' She giggles while holding the wolf origami. '' But truth be told, it doesn't bother me too much, i understand my place in the Celestial Hierarchy.'' She said casually.

'' But this one would be truly glad to be able to call Jiro-sama in such manner.'' She bowed while calling him more casually.

[Shiba Jiro]

At the casual use of his name, she noticed a more relaxed and warmer smile. "Well, not that you'll be calling me that for very long, I imagine. Since we'll all have to learn new names for each other very shortly," he replied. "But then again, in the tradition of my family I'll still be some type of Jiro. So it might not be change enough to worry about people changing what they call me."

[Chiaki]

'' You are right, Jiro-sama.'' She nodded. '' Personally i don't know if i will take another name or just continue with the one this one already has. I wonder if i should pick another one. I hadn't thought about it.'' She wondered about it.

'' Do you have a name already on your mind, if i might ask, Jiro-sama?''

[Shiba Jiro]

"I do. I will be Benjiro, my father was Renjiro, and the tradition started with Reijiro-no-shiryo. And it is of course up to you what you wish to be called, though I look forward to your decision. For now though, Chiaki is a perfectly lovely name. It has always made me think of the night sky with it's countless stars."

[Chiaki]

Chiaki covered her features again with her fan, leaving only her eyes to be visible. '' Perhaps then this one should keep her current name, Jiro-sama seems to have a high opinion of such name.'' She replied to him. '' But we will see, perhaps something even closer to reference the stars could be, neh?'' She added.

'' You have a noble traidition to follow Jiro-sama...'' She changed the topic towards him. '' Benjiro is a good name, not only honoring your ancestors but also the tradition of your clan and their ideology, at least from what this one understands.''

"Well, whatever you decide, you should definitely not consider my opinion on it. While I may find you and your name to be pleasant, I could hardly be said to know you..." his smile brightens, "...yet."

"Thank you for your generous words Chiaki-san. Yes, is certainly true that I have no love for fighting. Though I am not so naive to think everything can be solved peacefully, I am optimistic enough to hope. Which likely sounds more than a little impractical to someone with more experience in the world than I have."
