Would Dangerous Allure work in step 3, as we are supposed to use a theatrical performance to "make them smile"/ charm people?

Similarly, I imagine that the Stories Passion will apply on Step 1, given that it's all about the recall...

Admittedly a jerk question, but...can I apply both Kuge Lineage and the Stories passion, since I have both?
