Hirame laughed. "Maybe you should build your house more like one of our ships!" Still chuckling, he shook his head. "Still, that's a good maneuver. I'll have to remember that one for managing junior officers."

Up ahead, the line finally began to thin out. Hirame gave Rin a curious look. "You're a good sort, Rin-san. I hope you do well in the tournament."

From what Hirame can tell, Rin would probably really enjoy a scroll of stories, histories or far away places.

"Hey, alright." Hirame chuckled. "Well, I do hope to be famous one day. Being in a story seems like a good start on that."

He stepped forward, but cast a grin back over his shoulder. "I do, don't I? But don't worry. I'll be magnanimous in victory!"

Laughing, he walked quickly ahead.
