The Crane hosts in Tsuma are quite pleased with how things have turned out for their impromptu competition. The way things went, it brought glory to themselves, the competitors, and, of course, the Shrine. As the competition comes to a close, the governor of Tsuma himself looks about the work, and the efforts put forth over the course of the week by the visitors from the other clans.
"Perhaps... I was wrong." He speaks to himself, feeling the spirits in action as they have been rejuvenated by the attention and efforts. Saito himself looks almost 10 years younger, his smile beaming, and his body clearly much more active now. No longer having to bear the burden of the shrine on his own.
"In this great tradition... there are four artists who stand out as true paragons of the arts. Shosuro Kaoru-san, Nekoma Seto-san, Funegao no Hirame-san, and Suzume Rin-san." The governor looks to those three, and bows in deep respect.
Outcome: Great Success achieved! The Governor has returned his attentions to the Shrine, and will be redistributing where the taxes go to help support it once again. The area feels much more alive, and the spirits are rejuvenated.
Suzume Rin, Nekoma Seto, Funegao no Hirame, and Shosuro Kaoru each may choose to gain the title "Tsuma Art Champion" at the end of the game. This will use the rules of "Winter Court Champion" title in Courts of Stone.
