[EE D2] An Eye For the Exotic

A place where items from outside of Rokugan can be found. It features unusual Gaijin architechtural style. Most of the goods come from Slow Tide Harbor.

With a nudge about the clue from the pipe (and pending any time issues from a previous slot) Shinko really wants to go to the House of the Exotic, and has been doing her best to drag Jun and Yukikaze around.
