A place where items imported from outside Rokugan can be found. It features an unusual gaijin architectural style (a mish mash of columns, a dome, and mason work). Most of its goods come from Taimana Choryu, a port near the Imperial City.

Kasuga Touji of the Tortoise Clan runs the place.
