Having risen yet again at the only proper hour for a samurai to being their day, Michi went about her routine. This meant more training, of course. She would go to the temple next, and though all places, even the dojo, were where mindfulness is key, it was not a place for errant thoughts.

Yesterday's challenge was not so difficult, but it was clear she could use practice in riding. There is always a need to improve. Keeping that in mind, she found a bokken as usual and assumed her stance, the same that all Akodo have since the dawn of the empire.

She began in earnest. Perhaps she would find a way to learn more of riding later that day.
