The largest campus in Tsuma, the Dueling Academy also serves as the lodging for Crane competitors and guests, as well as the Imperials that are in attendance. An arena is set up along the Gate of Duels for purposes of the Iaijutsu Tournament at the end of the Championship festival.

A high wall prevents onlookers from watching the training excercises. There is a large basin inside, the Pool of the Perfect Stroke, which is at least as old as the academy.

The Dueling Academy can have multiple threads in the same timeslot, but in specific areas

Each of those locations can only have 1 thread per time slot.
